Spare parts
can only be ordered from dealers. Use only
original spare parts for repairs!
You must state the serial number (Fz-I-Nr.) of
the wheelchair when ordering spare parts in
order to ensure that the correct spare part is
supplied! You will find this on the type plate.
Whenever a wheelchair change/modifica-
tion is carried out by the specialist dealer,
the supplementary information, e.g. assem-
bly/operating instructions must be attached
to the operating manual for the wheelchair,
the date of the modification must be record-
ed and stated when ordering spare parts.
This prevents the use of incorrect ordering in-
formation when spare parts are ordered.
Repairs
For carrying out repairs contact a dealer.
Repairs
You can trustingly use a workshop for any
necessary repair work. It is competent to car-
ry out the repair work and usually has trained
personnel.
Customer Service
Please contact an authorised dealer if you
have any questions or need help. An author-
ised dealer has been trained by us in our fac-
tory according to our guidelines and can
give advice and carry out maintenance, serv-
icing and repairs. We have a dealer network
of approx. 1.500 dealers in germany. In this
way all wishes can be fulfilled.
Disposal
The vehicle packing material can be dis-
posed of as recyclable material.
The metal parts can be disposed of as recy-
clable scrap metal.
The plastic parts can be disposed of as recy-
clable plastic.
The disposal must occur in accordance with
the respective national regulations.
Please enquire about local disposal compa-
nies at your local authority.
