Transport in vehicles
The parts detached for the transport
must be carefully stowed and carefully at-
tached again before the next journey.
No special carrying points are allocated
for carrying detachable components.
The following procedures may be necessary
due to lack of space for the transport in ve-
hicles:

Fold the leg supports inward.

Detach the drive wheels.

Transport safety of the unoccupied
Shower and toiler wheelchair
All regulations and directions of the re-
spective transport company are to be ob-
served. – Ask for these before the trans-
port.
The shower and toilet wheelchair is to the
stored and secured in such a fashion that it
does not present any danger to you or oth-
ers.
Transport of people inside a motor ve-
hicle
Your individual shower and toilet wheel-
chair is not authorised as a seat for transport
in a motor vehicle.
Transport in public methods of trans-
portation
Your shower and toilet wheelchair is not de-
signed for user transport in public transpor-
tation vehicles.
Driving on public highways
Your Shower and toiler wheelchair is not de-
signed for use in public traffic.
Cleaning
The plastic panelling is attacked through
non-ionic tensides as well as solvents and
especially alcohol.
The cushions and covers are normally fit
with care instructions (instruction for care).
In all other cases the following information
is true:

Clean the upholstery with warm water
and hand washing liquid.
☞
Remove spots with a sponge or a soft
brush.
☞
Wash off persistent dirt with commer-
cial fine detergent.
☞
Do not soak! Do not machine wash!
Follow-up with clean water and allow to dry.
The chassis, the lighting equipment and
wheels can be cleaned damp with a mild
detergent. Afterwards dry off well.

Check the chassis for corrosion damag-
es as well as other damages.
☞
Only clean the plastic parts with warm
water and neutral detergent or soft
soap.
