Využití / Use
Čtyřkolové chodítko je rehabilitační pomůcka
usnadňující pohyb a přesun osob s motorickými
poruchami. Chodítko může být používáno jako opora
pro pacienty po operaci dolních končetin, kteří
nemohou použít berle, netrpí poruchami koordinace
a pro pacienty s mírnou dysfunkcí dolních končetin
nebo jejich slabostí. Chodítko je dále vhodné pro
pacienty s poruchou rovnováhy, která jim brání
v nezávislém pohybu vestoje, a pro pacienty
s poruchami krevního oběhu (např. intermitentní
klaudikace). Pomůcka také slouží jako podpora pro
geriatrické pacienty.
Rehabilitation supports are an ancillary equipment to
facilitate tilting and moving of patients with different
types of motor disorders. They can be used as an aid
for patients after surgery (lower limbs) who are unable
to use crutches, showing no coordination disorders,
patients with mild dysfunction of the lower limbs or
weakness. They are used in patients with in patients
with impaired balance preventing them from
independent vertical position and locomotion, as well
as various types of circulatory dysfunction (e.g.
intermittent claudication). Supports can also be used
as an aid for geriatric patients.

Kontraindikace / Contraindications
Neschopnost udržení vzpřímené pozice, úrazy a
dysfunkce horních končetin, porucha koordinace
a vnímání.

Použití / Usage
Pomůcka je dodávána v rozloženém stavu.
Po vyjmutí z o obalu zkontrolujte, zda balení
obsahuje všechny části podle výše uvedeného
seznamu.
Ujistěte se, že jednotlivé díly nemají žádné
viditelné poškození. V případě pochybností
se obraťte na prodejce.
Nepoužívejte chodítko, dokud nejsou
všechny jeho části správně spojeny.
Montáž – viz Ilustrace
Sestavení by mělo začít spojením předních
koleček s hlavním rámem.
V dolní části hlavního rámu jsou otvory pro
přidání předních koleček (viz Ilustrace 9).
Spojené části musí být zajištěny šrouby (viz
Ilustrace 10).

After unpacking the package, check if it
contains all parts in accordance with the list of
elements set out above.
Ensure that all components have no visible
damage. If any doubts, please contact the
manufacturer.
Do not use the rollator until all parts are
properly connected.

Assembling should start by connecting the
front wheels with the two main frames.
In the lower parts of the main frames are
holes into which should slide the front wheels.

The connected elements must be secured with
