LCD BACKLIGHTING
An LCD backlighting is available for
better readability of the LCD display.

The switch-off after the entry effects
a storing of the new data. Your
entry will be effective when the
control box is switched on again.
Switching on the LCD
backlighting
– The wheelchair is ready to drive and
secured. – The LCD display shows
the speed indication.
– Press and hold pressed the

CONTROL FOR ACCOMPANY-
ING PERSON, CODE 851
(relocatable control box)
The control box is secured to the push
bar with a control box mounting bracket
and can be freely positioned for the ac-
companying person by way of adjusting
screws.

A special side part (armrest) for
mounting the control box is re-
quired for the relocation of the con-
trol box from the push bar position
for a control by the accompanying
person to the front position for a
control by the wheelchair user.

SWIVELLING CONTROL BOX,
CODE 836
The control box [13] can be folded
away to the back, (Fig. 13).
– Enables the retraction of tables and
possibly the lowering of the armrest.
– Facilitates getting out of the wheel-
chair and transfer, e.g. into another
wheelchair.
Handling:
– Switch off the wheelchair. – This pre-
vents the wheelchair from rolling
away accidentally (see 'Brakes' sec-
tion).
– Via the action point, pull or press the
control box outwards and then
– push it back, (Fig. 13).

Attention:
When folding forward the control
box, do not place your fingers in the
crossbar! – Danger of crushing!

Remark:
To simplify locking the control box
into place, lift it up slightly and
press it inwards via the action
point.
