UPOZORNĚNÍ! / WARNING!
Před prvním použitím chodítka prostudujte návod
a uschovejte jej pro budoucí potřebu.
V klidném stavu a při použití sedátka by měla být
zadní kola zabrzděná.
Chodítko nenahrazuje invalidní vozík. Sedátko je
určeno pouze pro krátkodobé odpočinutí či přesun
pacienta na krátké vzdálenosti.
Chodítko je určené jako opora. Nikdy na něj
nestoupejte.
Chodítko může být používáno na rovném povrchu
se sklonem menším než 5 %.
Chodítko lze používat jen na rovném povrchu tak,
aby se všechna 4 kola dotýkala plochy.
Nepoužívejte chodítko na nebezpečném povrchu
jako je led, mokro, mastnota či velmi hrbolatý
povrch – hrozí riziko pádu.
Před každým použitím pomůcky:
- Proveďte vizuální kontrolu všech konstrukčních
prvků pomůcky,
- Zkontrolujte funkčnost brzdového systému.
Stiskněte brzdové páčky na rukojetích, abyste
zjistili, zda správně fungují a jsou schopny zastavit
chodítko,
- Pečlivě zkontrolujte stabilitu a stav rámu.
Nepoužívejte chodítko v případě jakýchkoliv
viditelných nebo hmatatelných poškození (např.
praskliny rámu). Může dojít k úrazu.
Maximální hmotnost uživatele: 110 kg.
Maximální zatížení košíku na drobné předměty: 1
kg.
Nenechávejte pomůcku v blízkosti otevřených
zdrojů ohně.
Upozorňujeme, že povrchová teplota čalounění
sedátka, zádové opěrky a dílů rámu může být
zvýšena po vystavení na slunci nebo jinému zdroji
tepla a hrozí tak nebezpečí popálenin.
Upozorňujeme, že výrazné ochlazení kovových
částí chodítka může naopak způsobit omrzliny.
Before using the rollator, refer to this manual and
keep it for future reference.
At standstill and the use of seat should apply the
locking rotation of the wheels both rear wheels.
The stand will not replace the wheelchair, the seat
is used only for temporary resting or transport the
patient on a short distance.
The rollator is used only to provide rest to one
user. Do not stand on it.
The rollator should be used on even surfaces at an
incline less than 5 %.
With the rollator you can only use on surfaces
where all four wheels touching the ground are to
use all of four wheels.
Use of the product on the icy, wet, greasy, strongly
gritty surfaces is unacceptable - it creates a risk of
falling.
Before each use of this product:
- Perform visual inspection of all structural
components of the product,
- Check the operation of the braking system.
Squeeze the brake handles to see if the brake pads
are fit properly to wheels and are able to stop
rollator. Press the handles down to activate the
parking brake and check if it works properly.
- Carefully check the stability and condition of the
support frame.
Do not use the support in the event of any visible
or perceptible damage (e.g. cracks in the frame).
It may cause an accident.
The rollator is designed for users with a maximum
weight of 110kg.
Maximum weight that can be moved in the basket:
1 kg.
Do not leave the stroller with the user close to
open sources of fire.
Be aware that the surface temperature of the
upholstery and the frame parts may be increased
after exposure to the sun or other heat source.
Furthermore, with low temperatures there is a
danger of overcooling metal parts of stroller. It
may cause burns or frostbite parts of the body.
