Assembly

Select one of the two mounting plates.  Install the mount bracket onto the plate
using four 6-32 x ½ screws and nuts.  Make sure the nuts are on the bracket side

Select one of the four element arms.  Install the arm between the two plates
using four 6-32 x 1 inch screws and nuts.  Snug the nuts but do not tighten.
Install the remaining three in the same manner.  

Make sure the plates are 
turned  the same way.
