Safety instructions
Please read the mounting instructions carefully and observe the safety instructions.
If the installation location is zone 4 or higher in regards to snow load or the height
above sea level is above 600m, Please confer with us directly.
Especially when working on the roof, please observe established occupational
health and safety instructions and the security advice of the Accident Prevention
and Insurance Association as well as the cooperative building association.
When working on the roof, always wear fall protection.
The collectors can get very hot through solar radiation.
Danger of being burned!
Therefore cover the collectors during installation on sunny days.
Important:
During on-roof installations it might be impossible to drain the collectors
completely, the solar system may only be filled with a water / antifreeze mixture if
the weather conditions make frost possible.
Also after pressure or other functional tests refill with an antifreeze mixture.
Before the collectors are set up in the sun where they can heat up, remove the
caps at the manifolds.
