Alternative mounting options
When mounting roof hooks on plain tiles, several tiles must be removed for each
roof hook. The roof hook is fastened at the lath, putting an additional plate (not
included in delivery) under the hook. gain, cut out the hook lead-through.
On roofs with corrugated plates, put the roof hook on the crest and screw it
together with the rafter. The drill hole in the corrugated plate must be sealed to
avoid the intrusion of moisture.
Also see that the roof hook does not push down the corrugated plate at the
supporting points. This could generate leakages.
If necessary, counterbalance the supporting points of the roof hook.
