Limited Warranties
All TTW Group products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Within this period, TTW Group will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components which fail to function. Such repairs or
replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer takes responsibility for any
postal charges. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations, modifications or repairs.
Note: Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the
end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS,
WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TTW GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER
RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO
NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TTW Group retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.
SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
Procedure for Claims
To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt/ invoice from the original retailer may be required.
Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification, and TTW Group will not replace missing components from
any package purchased through an online auction. TTW Group retains the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a
"newly-overhauled" (NOH) unit or new unit at its sole discretion. The same policy shall apply to software.
Please complete these two easy steps:
1.Contact TTW Group Product Support to receive an RMA number
E-mail TTW Group Product Support and describe the problem and request a return material authorisation (RMA) number.
You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your return shipping address, a daytime phone number and
an email address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.

2.Once you have received your RMA number, ship the unit using registered post or similar
(your MI WITNESS product is your responsibility until we receive it), writing the RMA number on the outside of the packaging
and in the covering letter, to the following address:
