Tip: To avoid intrusion of humidity, grease, dough into the inner appliance do not fill more
than to the MAX mark. After Loading the dough container wipe itm with a soft cloth or tissue to
remove grease or dough residues from the surface.
•
Use a baking tray slightly gerased or use baking paper to avoid sticking cookies. If you use
dough that has been cooled overnight, it could be to heavy and strong for using it with the
appliance. Use fresh made dough.
•
If the dough is too weak or too sticky, put some more flour and mix the dough well again.
You also can cool the dough for 15 Minutes before use in this case. If the dough is too
compact put some egg yolk, egg or some milk and mix the dough well again.
•
Tip: Adding some fine sugar or sugar powder can help to make the dough weak and sticky.
•
After filling the dough container, fix it to the appliance again and immediately begin with
cookie creation.
•
If you like to decorate the cookies but the dough is not sticky enough, you can apply some
egg yolk to the cookie in order to make it sticky.
•
The number of cookies to create with one loading can vary, it depends on the consistency of
the dough and the thickness and shape of cookies.
Use of the cookie press
•
Fill the dough and mount the appliance as described in chapter „Mounting“. Then plug in.
•
Hold the appiance in upright position, with the spout close to the baking tray. Press the pulse
switch. The driving disc will move slowly forward and will press the dough throughout the
spout. After a few seconds the cookie is created, then release the pulse switch. Keep a little
distance to create the next cookie, because the cookies will increase during the baking
process. Move the cookie press a little further and press the pulse switch again to create the
next cookie. See figure 5. Creating cookies needs a little practice, after a while it will get
perfectly easy. Continue the proceedure to fill the baking tray.
•
For baking use the temperature and time indicated in your recipe to bake the cookies
(standard value: 180°C, 10 - 15 minutes).
•
Caution heat development! When ready, use oven cloth to take the cookies out and let the
cookies cool down.
