1. Product Introduction
MRac Pole Rack 6 system is specially designed and manufactured for large
commercial and utility scale installations. What is more, the system can be applied to
almost all PV ground installation projects in both open and rough terrain with
adjustable tilt angles of 0 to 60 degrees. The unique locking clamps and rails also
ensure an easier and quicker installation with simple tools.
Please read this Installation Guide thoroughly before installing the MRac Pole Rack
6 system. This Guide offers the planning and installation instruction for the system.
MRac Pole Rack products, when installed in accordance with this guide, will be
structurally adequate and meet standards of AS/NZS1170, IBC2009 and CBC 2010.
During installation, please be sure to observe the appropriate safety regulations and
please pay attention to the relevant regulations of your local region. Please check
that you are using the current version of the installation manual by contacting Mibet
, or our local representatives.
Get all components ready including the panels, it will take around one hour and a
half for 4 well trained workers to finish the installation of one set of Pole Rack 6.
The installer is solely responsible for:
Complying with all applicable local or national building codes, including any that may
supersede this manual;
Ensuring that MRac and other products are appropriate for the particular installation and the
installation environment;
Using only MRac parts and installers-supplied parted as specified by MRac (Substitution of
parts may void the warranty and invalidate the letter of certification on page 2);
How to recycle: according to the local relative statute;
How to disassemble: countermove with installation;
Ensure that there are no less than two professional workers in panel installation;
Ensure the installation of relative electrical equipment is performance by professional
electrician.
Ensure safe installation of all electrical aspects of the PV array.
