3. SCOPE OF USE

 WARNING – Always use a manual Torque Wrench to check the 

 correct setting has been achieved after using the Impact 

 Wrench to tighten nuts and bolts.

The machine is designed for loosening and tightening nuts and bolts. 

3.1. Torque Setting (C)

Use the torque setting to set the desired working torque.
Press the “+” button to increase the torque.
Press the “-” button to decrease the torque.
Refer to the display for the torque setting.

3.2. Using the Impact Wrench

Use clamps or other method to secure and support the workplace to a 
stable platform. Holding the work by hand or against your body is unstable 
and may lead to loss of control.
Do not force tool. Use the correct tool for your application. The correct 
tools will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it is designed.
Please choose the right sockets according to the size of the bolt and nut. 
You must also ensure that the sockets  are suitable for the size of the 
square drive.  Using the wrong sockets will result in inaccurate torque and 
damaging the bolt and tool. The required torque must set in accordance 
with  the precise specification of the bolt, nut and national standard.  
When a high torque setting is required, please confirm the torque setting 
at regular intervals by using a manual torque wrench.
Please refer to the technical table below to  select the correct torque 
according to different size of bolt.

Do not use the tool if the on/off switch is not functioning properly.  Any 
tool that cannot be controlled with the on/off switch is dangerous and 
must be repaired.
