INFORMATION
• Remember that your hearing aid warns you through three sets of
double beeps when you need to change the battery and six sets of
double beeps when it is running low.
• Remove the batteries if you will not use the hearing aid for a
prolonged period.
• Immediately replace weak batteries.
Do not throw the batteries in the garbage! Hand them in to
a hearing health professional so that the batteries are properly
eliminated without harming the environment.
Disconnection of the Hearing Aid

DISCONNECT: To disconnect your hearing aids partially open the
battery compartment.
CONNECT: To connect your hearing aids close the battery
compartment.
Placement of the Hearing Aid

1. Carefully insert the fine tube with the cast or the adapter into the
ear without pushing it in too deeply.
2. Place the hearing aid behind the ear.
3. Check that the entire set is properly supported.
WARNING!
• Danger of injury from improper use of adapters or earpiece casts.
• If the adapter or the cast remains in the ear, ask a medical
professional to extract it.
• Do not push the adapter or cast with the fine tube too deeply into
the ear.
• Use the fine tube and the adapter or the cast only in the way
described in this user’s manual.

Program Button

On pressing the button, the program change will be performed
cyclically; you will hear some tones that will indicate to you in the
program it’s found.

Follow the instructions of your hearing care professional to get the
most out of your hearing aids.
Each program will allow you to better adapt to the different
surroundings or situations of your daily life.
For example, your hearing aids can make use of these programs:
• Normal.
• Restaurant.
• Telephone*
• Traffic.
Change of program through acoustic stimulation

Your hearing care professional can configure the program’s change
through acoustic stimulation.
To activate the program change, you should bring your hand to your
ear and tap the top of the earpiece. You will hear a beep confirming
the program change.
This manoeuvre may require some practice. Your hearing care
professional will help you obtain it and achieve maximum
functionality from this performance.
*Your hearing aids comply with standard IEC 60118-13 on electromagnetic compatibility.
Change of bend and fine tube

Your hearing care professional should change the bend or the
adapter when necessary.
If you need to substitute the bend or adapter without help, carefully
follow these instructions.
