Safety Instructions
• Swallowing the batteries is harmful. Keep out of reach of children
or people with mental disabilities.
• Consult before using your hearing aids in zones in which electronic
or wireless devices are restricted (aeroplanes, for example).
• Do not under any circumstances use your hearing aids in areas
with medical equipment (X-ray, high-frequency, MRI or shortwave
therapy).
• Do not use the hearing aids in areas exposed to the danger of
explosion or an oxygen-rich atmosphere!
• Stay away from strong electromagnetic fields.
• Persons with pacemakers or magnetic valves should keep their
hearing aids at least 15 cm away; if interference is detected, refer to
the implant manufacturer’s safety instructions. Metal detectors or
alarms may cause interference or create unexpected sounds.
• The m2 mBTE-Open Fit / m4 mBTE-Open Fit hearing aids can
generate major output levels to 132 dB
SPL.
A hearing health professional should take special care when adapting
this hearing aid, as there may be a risk of damaging the user’s residual
hearing.

• Protect your hearing aids from moisture, heat sources.
• Do not use your hearing aids if you are going to shower, bathe or
spray your hair.
• Do not let your hearing aids to suffer hard impacts.
• Never use a microwave or other heat-emitting devices to dry your
hearing aids
