5.1.3 Alarm/trigger module
This module monitors the alarm limits and trigger levels and creates an entry in the alarm list if
necessary. The global triggers are also set. The alarm function of the alarm/trigger module is
available for all of the inputs (universal inputs and internal channels), while the trigger function is
only available for the universal inputs.
All of the parameters of the "Alarms" and "Trigger" tabs of the "Measurement channels"
configuration section (see "Measurement channels" on page 59) and all of the parameters of the
"Alarms" tab of the "Internal channels" configuration section (see "Internal channels" on page 68)
are relevant to this module. Additionally, the parameters in the following tables are also relevant:
