Note: If universal input 1 is to be operated in "Cnt.Day" or "Cnt.Intervl." channel mode, the sensor supply must be
switched on permanently. This can be achieved by setting the warmup time in the "Basic settings" configuration
section (see "Basic setting" on page 70) to a higher value than the record interval. However, this greatly increases
the energy requirements and thus significantly shortens the operating time of the device. The use of the battery
voltage output to supply the switch contact is more suitable for the operation of universal input 1 in "Cnt.Day" or
"Cnt.Intervl." channel mode (see "Digital modes (use of 3,6...4,1V battery voltage output)" on page 43).
