7. Ensure that the concentration value of the gas that you are using for the calibration is entered
for the upper reference value (recommendation: 30-150ppm; 30ppm when using the Cal-
ibration set H2S 30ppm ). Set the flow controller for the calibration gas to 0.5 l/min. and gas
the device for five minutes. The flow controller included in the scope of delivery of the Cal-
ibration set H2S 30ppm (206.810) is permanently set at the correct flow rate. Then press the
button to set the upper reference point (see ""Calibration" tab " on page 89).
Note: If the determinded value for the offset is below -1500 (e.g.-1550) or above -900
(e.g.-850), it can be assumed that the H2S sensor is defective. In this case, contact the
manufacturer (see "Contact information" on page 107).
8. Press the "Save" button to transfer the calculated offset and slope values to the myDa-
tasensMINI H2S 1000(see ""Calibration" tab " on page 89). During this process, the counter
for the remaining days until the next calibration, that is shown on the display, is reset.
