Normal hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, U.S. central time
(GMT -6:00). After-hour telephone support is available through our dispatch operators.
Technical support is guaranteed for current products or products in Additions and
Maintenance (AM) status. Support for Manufacturer Discontinued (MD) products varies
with age of the product, available material, available spares, etc. Telephone support on
discontinued products is subject to charges depending on duration and nature of the
assistance.
Recommended Test Equipment
Table 6-A lists recommendations for test equipment for repair and maintenance. Chapter 5
lists test equipment for system tests. Table 6-B lists electrical and functional specifications
for the recommended test equipment. Consult Table 6-B when selecting equipment other
than that specified in Table 6-A. For some procedures in this section you will also need a
Local Maintenance Terminal (LMT). See the following text for a description of the local
maintenance terminal.
