Refresh Indicator
: The repeating symbols “. o O” show that the system is continuously
polling and refreshing the screen. Every time the symbol changes, the screen has been
refreshed. These symbols are not shown if the screen is not being refreshed or has a static
display.
Selection, Information area
displays menu items, status information, and messages - such
as error messages or reports that appear momentarily on the screen.
