Prepare the dough according to the recipe.

Place the uncovered bowl containing dough on the rack.

Melting gelatine
Procedure
^
Place
gelatine leaves
in a bowl with cold water and leave
to soak for 5 minutes. The gelatine leaves have to be fully
covered with water. Remove the gelatine leaves from the
bowl and squeeze them out. Empty the bowl. Place the
squeezed gelatine leaves back in the bowl.

Place
gelatine powder
in a bowl and add water according
to the instructions on the packaging.
^
Cover the bowl and place on the rack.
