Danger of burning!
Allow the griddle plate to cool down
until it is safe to touch before clean-
ing it.
The anti-stick coating will suffer
damage if handled with sharp tools
or aggressive cleaning agents.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents
or hard brushes and sponges to
clean it.
The griddle plate can be cleaned in
the dishwasher. We recommend
cleaning it by hand because the coat-
ing will become dull after prolonged
cleaning in a dishwasher.
Remove coarse soiling with kitchen
paper towel.
Stubborn soiling should be soaked to
soften it.
After each use, clean the griddle plate
with a solution of warm water and a
little washing-up liquid applied with a
sponge or a soft brush.
