Spread some passata over the pizza,
and season with salt, pepper and
oregano.
Arrange the topping of your choice on
the pizza and bake immediately.
To make a calzone, roll the pizza base
out on a floured surface to make a
30
cm circle. Spread the filling of your
choice over one half of the base. Fold
the other half of the circle over to create
a semi-circle. Press the edges together
firmly. Place the calzone on the greased
glass tray or a Miele round baking tray,
brush the surface with milk and bake
until golden.
