heard after a
cooking process.
The cooling fan continues to run for a w hile after the oven
has been sw itched off to prevent any humidity building up
in the oven, on the control panel or on the oven housing
unit. W hen the temperature has fallen sufficiently , the fan
sw itches off automatically .
There are spots like
rust on the cataly tic
surfaces.
W hen roasting on the rack, the circulating air sometimes
picks up spices, w hich are then deposited on the oven
interior w alls. These residues are not removed by cataly tic
cleaning, and should be removed w hile fresh w ith a mild
solution of hot w ater and w ashing-up liq uid applied w ith a
soft brush.
