Repair work to electrical appliances should only be carried out by a suitably

The water outlet is restricted.

Clean the fluff (drain) filter
and drain pump.

Has the drain hose been
fixed too high? Max. head
height: 1 m.

programme is not running
normally.
The water outlet is blocked.
. . . foam is coming out of the
front of the appliance.
There has been an excessive
build-up of foam which has es-
caped through an opening in
the detergent drawer.

Use less detergent next time
and follow the recommenda-
tion on the packet.

Take the water hardness into
account.

Use a different low-lather de-
tergent.
. . . the programme does not
begin when the drain/final
spin programme is selected.
The machine has not been pre-
pared for using for the first time.
