Usage
3.1 Intended use
This appliance is intended exclusively for household use for the preparation
of food. It is not suitable for laboratory use or for heating chemicals and other
liquids.
3.2 Installation
The diameter of the stove plate should correspond to the diameter of the pan
bottom. Place the hot cookware on a horizontal, stable, heat-resistant work
surface.
3.3 Before fi rst use
Remove all stickers and tags. Use a soft cloth or sponge and clean the pan with
detergent before the fi rst use. Fill it to 2/3 with water and add about 2-3 table-
spoons of household vinegar. Bring the pot with the vinegar water to a boil for
about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly by hand and dry well. Warm the pot for
30 seconds at low heat, remove it from the heat and rub a teaspoon of cooking
oil over the entire surface with a soft cloth or kitchen roll. Repeating regularly,
will preserve the non-stick properties of the coating.
3.4 During cooking
Use low and medium temperatures. Never use the pot for frying or fl ambéing.
Non-stick coated pots and pans can overheat and become damaged. This type
