1.5 Warranty
Mikron Infrared, Inc., will repair or replace any parts or material found defective which
are due to flaws in design or manufacture when reported in writing within one year from
the date of sale (unless another term s agreed to n wrtng by Mkron as part of the
sale). Once a return authorization is approved and assigned, instruments to be repaired
under this warranty are to be returned to Mikron, shipping charges prepaid by the user
who assumes all rsk and cost of shppng to and from the plant.
In the event that Mikron, in its sole judgment and discretion, determines, for purpose of
repair, that an on-site inspection is required, this warranty does not cover transportation
of factory-traned servce personnel to and from the nstallaton ste or expenses whle
there.
This warranty is void if the instrument is disassembled, tampered with, altered or other

wise damaged, without prior written consent from Mikron, or if considered by Mikron
to be abused or used n abnormal condtons.
Ths warranty shall consttute the exclusve remedy avalable to the user and shall be
consdered a condton of sale and use.
The manufacturer, Mikron Infrared, Inc., shall not be liable for any loss, or damage,
including loss of profit or consequential damages resulting from, or attributed to, the use
of ts product or resultng from a defect n desgn or manufacture of the product.
The user shall determne the partcular use to whch the product shall be appled and the
seller excludes and disclaims any warranty that the product is fit for such use.
1.6 Regulatory Information
Ths secton contans nformaton that shows how the Infrared camera comples wth
regulations in certain regions. Any modifications to the Infrared camera not expressly
approved by the manufacturer could vod the authorty to operate the Infrared camera n
these regons.
USA
This Infrared camera generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and may
nterfere wth rado and televson recepton. The Infrared camera comples wth the
lmts for a Class B dgtal devce used exclusvely as ndustral or commercal test
equipment., pursuant to Part 15 Subpart B Sec. 15.103 c. of the FCC Rules.
These lmts are desgned to provde reasonable protecton aganst harmful nterference.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installa
-
ton.
General conditions of operation.
(a) Persons operatng ntentonal or unntentonal radators shall not
be deemed to have any vested or recognzable rght to contnued
use of any gven frequency by vrtue of pror regstraton or
certification of equipment, or, for power line carrier systems, on
the basis of prior notification of use pursuant to Sec. 90.63(g) of
ths chapter.
