register your lock at our customer portal and print a certificate to give to your insurance company for a

Every Ultimate Lock

is thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. It is warranted to be free of manu-
facturers defects for a period of TEN YEARS from the date of original purchase. Should any concerns de-
velop during the TEN YEAR period, please

the product. Only components that are manufacturers defect need to be returned. Ship those components,
prepaid, to Millennium Lock, Inc. 3776 Greenbriar Dr., Stafford, TX 77477. If our inspection shows the trou-
ble was caused by a manufacturers defect, Ultimate Lock
®
will repair (or at our option) replace the lock/
component without charge. For warranty to go into effect you must register your Serial Number on line at

This Warranty does not apply where:
• Repairs have been made or attempted by others • The lock has been abused, misused or improperly in-
stalled • Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear • Alterations have been made to the lock or
its components.
In no event shall Ultimate Lock

be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the
sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of the warranty. Ultimate

disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of “merchantability” and
