7.5 Claims Procedure 

To make a claim, customer must send a written claim identifying the claimed defect, 
a copy of the original invoice or other verification that the claim is within the warranty 
period, and the mat with the claimed defect to the nearest Milliken Walk Off® Mats 
Customer Service Centre for inspection. At Milliken’s election, inspection may be
