The following screen provides all options to modify the main settings of every application script. The
number of samples, the sample volumes, and the cell number of each sample have to be defined. Further
specific adjustments can be made.

Activate the box next to
Use second half of the Multi-24 Column Block
if you want to reuse the
second half of the block within six hours after the first run which had only 12 or less samples. Second use of
the block is only possible with another 12 or less samples.
Do not use the second half of a Multi-24 Column Block more than six hours after opening the sterile
wrapper.

Activate the box next to
Set cell count for each sample individually
if you want to set the cell count
for each sample individually. Tap the
Next
button to proceed.

Assign sample IDs
if desired. Multiple selection of the options is possible. Tap the
Continue
button to proceed.

Only if the option
Set cell count for each sample individually
has been chosen, the following screen
will appear. Add the specific cell number per sample. All available sample positions are indicated by a full
orange circle and have a default value that corresponds to the maximum possible cell count. If you wish to
modify the cell count value, tap into the corresponding field and enter the desired value. Tap the
CONTINUE
button to proceed.
