Target cell fraction and waste container
To collect target cells deep well plates or 5 mL tubes can be used. The default target cell container in the pre-
defined processes is a deep well plate with a height of 44.0 mm.

If you want to use deep well plates with other heights or 5 mL tubes, create a custom process or edit a process
and save it separately (refer to
). For the collection of labeled cells in 5 mL
tubes use MACS Elution Chamber lid II and the MultiMACS 5 mL Tube Rack.
