在气体抽吸部分,没有使用任何类型的润滑剂。其设计为无润滑运转,具有本质低摩擦性的密封件和轴承
材料。

 

气体抽吸部分的寿命也取决于供气的清洁度。因此,建议在气体进口端使用微粒过滤。如果抽吸了压缩空
气或气体含有气体的水汽,初始露点应足够的低,以便防止增压输出压力的饱和,如果明显携带来自压缩
空气源的油,需要特殊聚结型过滤。

 

超过运动机件的使用寿命时,可能会有惰性微粒转移到气体输出。因此,对于重要的应用,建议在高压管
线上使用小微粒过滤器。

 

2.3.1

任何气体部分的压缩比是输出气体压力和进口气体压力的比值。(计算时,使用

容积效率会快速降低。当未消除(再扩展的)气体完全充满汽缸,并且等于吸入冲程端的供气压力时,容
