3. Wet a new “nozzle swab” or “clean stick” with the cleaning
solution.
Please wet enough the cleaning solution.
4. Clean the nozzle surface.
(1) Press the "nozzle swab" or "cleaning stick", absorbing cleaning liquid,
against nozzle surface softly for about 10 seconds.
(2) Perform the work (1) to the entire nozzle surface.
5. Press the
key after the cleaning.
After initial operation, carriage (head) return to the original position.
Please close the cover.
6. Implement the cleaning [NORMAL].
Please operate with reference to Chapter 4 of the Operation Manual.
7. Perform test printing and check the print result.
Repeat the cleaning and test printing until the result becomes normal.
• Please do not reuse the used clean stick.
It may cause nozzle clogging.
• Please do not rub the nozzle surface and press down strongly
sponge part with your fingers. Nozzle surface is damaged, and it
may cause the discharging defects.
• Please do not re-use the clean stick which was used once. Always
use a new clean stick seconds.
