6.3.4 Y Drive Belt



Work procedures

1. Remove the following covers.

• Front cover L, M
• Carriage cover

2. Loosen the screws from the Y-SP plate on the left side of the

main body, and release the tension of the Y drive belt.

3. Remove the

Encode sensor BKT

(screw x1).

4. Remove the two screws, and move the

Y-drive belt

to left side.

Turn the main power OFF when turning the power OFF. It is very dangerous if sleep mode functions
mistakenly during the operation.
