Solution
The UV unit fan does not operate (dis-
played at 135 degrees C and higher).
• Turn off the main power to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
The function of executing is ended for
raising the clamp lever.
(Supported from the firmware ver.3.00)
The media jam occurs.
• Remove the media and reset it.
The media width has not been detected
correctly.
• Check the media set position.

A HDC position counter error occurred.

sor is abnormal.
• Perform “PRESSURE ADJUST (

9)” of the maintenance. Even if you per-
formed this, when the message is dis-
played, contact your local distributor to
call for service.
The value of the positive pressure sen-
sor is abnormal.
The temperature in the media heater
won’t rise.
• Check whether the heater power switch
near the main power switch is ON.
• Turn off the main power to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
The liquid level sensor abnormality of
the sub tank has been detected.
• Turn off the main power to the machine
and turn it on after a while.
If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to call
for service.
Though a certain amount was con-
sumed, there is no change in the sub
tank sensor High.
• Perform “SUB TANK (
P.5-8) ” of the
maintenance.
Even if you performed this, when the
message is displayed, contact your local
distributor to call for service.
Though a certain amount was con-
sumed, there is no change in the sub
tank sensor Low.
Overflow from the sub tank has been
detected.
