Operation Touch Panel
Each button is separated by color depending on its status and meaning.
Function
You can switch valid/invalid by pressing the corresponding button for each function.
Yellow
It means that the function is invalid or it is in the stand-by status.
Green
It means that the function is valid or it is in the operation status.
Red
It means that the buttons other than the RESET are in the error status.
Blue
It means that this is the button to display two conditions.
Gray
It means that this is the button to affect the operation of the machine.
MANUAL/AUTOMATIC
Switches the operation modes of this machine (MANUAL mode/AUTOMATIC mode).
When the button is AUTOMATIC, it operates linking with the printing operation.
BELT ON/OFF
Switches ON/OFF of the feeding belt. When it is in ON status, belt will move. In the MANUAL mode,
it moves continuously to the front of the machine while it is ON. When it is in the AUTOMATIC mode
and ON, it operates linking with the printing operation/JOG operation.
FEEDING ON/OFF
Switches valid/invalid of the feeding/take-up device. When this function is ON, you can
feed/take up the media as required. When you set BELT ON in the AUTOMATIC mode,
this becomes ON automatically.
TAKE-UP ON/OFF
TENSION BAR
Switches valid/invalid of the media end detection with the tension bar. When this function
is ON, when the set time has passed with the tension bar at the lower position, the status
enters in the media end.
CENTERING ON/OFF
Switches valid/invalid of the media centering unit. When it is in ON status, the centering
unit adjusts the media position at feeding/printing work.
WASHING ON/OFF
Switches valid/invalid of the washing unit. When it is in ON status, the washing unit
washes the belt.
MEDIA END ON/OFF
Switches valid/invalid of the media detection sensor. When it is in ON status, the media
detection sensor checks the media end.
BELT HEATER
Switches valid/invalid of the belt heater. When it is in ON status, the belt heater dehydrates
the belt.When recoating adhesive, be sure to turn this OFF.
3LAMPS/5LAMPS
Among the main heater located in the front part of this machine, you can determine how
many lamps will be valid. By pressing this button, lamps under operation will be displayed
and the status will be changed.
HEATER ON/OFF
Switches valid/invalid of the main heater located in the front part of this machine. When it
is in ON status, the media detection sensor checks the media end during printing.When
recoating adhesive, be sure to turn this OFF.
PRESSURE ROLLER
UP/DOWN
Moves the pressure roll bar up and down. When this function is in DOWN status, the
pressure roller touches media.
