Preventing meandering of the fablic [CENTERING]
The following procedure sets the centering function which prevents meandering of the fabric.
This function enables stable fabric feed and printing even if the edge of the set roll fabric is not
justified, by moving the roll run-out device from side to side.
ON
:
Enables the [CENTERING] function.
OFF :
Disables the [CENTERING] function.
STEP
1.
Select a type.
(See page 3.4). Here, select [Type.1].
2.
Push the [ENTER] key.
3.
Push the[ ] and [ ] JOG key to select the
[CENTERING] function to prevent meandering
of the fabric.
4.
Push the [ENTER] key.
5.
Push the [ ] and [ ] JOG key to set the
[CENTERING] function to [ON] or [OFF].
6.
Push the [ENTER] key.
7.
Push the [END] key twice, and the menu re-
turns to the LOCAL mode.

Before using this function, be sure to set the centering indicator position
and the centering sensor. (Refer to page 1.45, 1.52)
