When the message [W.SHAFT CLEANING] is displayed [W.SHAFT CLEANING]
[W.SHAFT CLEANING] message is displayed after several numbers of wiping.
Please clean the wiper shaft at once if this message is displayed.
Extremely dirty wiper shaft may cause wiper malfunction and resulting an error display.
The wiper is functioning only during the head cleaning, and the number of wiping vary according to
the cleaning type.
•
When exchanging the wiper, please clean the wiper shaft too.
STEP
1.
Put the device into the FUNCTION mode.
(See page 4.3)
2.
Push the [ENTER] key.
3.
Push the [ ] and [ ] key until the display gives
the indication [STATION].
4.
Push the [ENTER] key.
5.
Push the [ ] and [ ] key until the display gives
the indication [CARRIAGEout].
6.
Push the [ENTER] key.
The carrige will come out of the capping station.
7.
Clean the wiper guide shaft using a cotton bud
or cloth.
(If dirt is hard to remove, use a cotton bud of cloth
damepened with water.)
