8 Data interfaces
8.1 General information
The is equipped with the following data interfaces:

Both interfaces can be conigured in the [SETUP] menu for diferent input and output
functions (e.g. printer, 2nd weighing platform, PC, control display). The optional UniCOM
interface can be used as RS
‑
232, RS
‑
485 or RS
‑
422, analog output (voltage/current
interface), galvanically isolated digital I/O, Proibus, DeviceNet or Ethernet.
A bar code reader can be connected via the PS/2 port or via the corresponding screw
terminals (IP69K).

The pin assignments are often not compatible with Minebea Intec devices.
Non-compliance can lead to errors or to the damage to the and any peripheral devices

The pin assignment should be checked against the connection diagrams and
unassigned cables should be disconnected.
