Extended IO mouth OUT3, no output signal
After adjustment,
Set 1-9, the program will finish, and IO mouth OUT3 will output a
rated impulse of 100 times, and the time unit is ms
Set 10-9000, and after each soldering point (drag soldering
section), the IO mouth OUT3 will output a rated-time impulse,
and time unit is ms
