WARNING
• The oil must absolutely be the supplied one
• The pump must work with cold freshwater, otherwise it can damage the motor
6. Use of the device
• The
MiniComp connected to the MiniDive Pro or Pro+ should not be pressurized over 200 bar (3000 psi). It is to
the person in charge of the filling to make sure of this
• The
MiniComp connected to the MiniDive Carbon, or Carbon Max should not be pressurized over 300
bar (4500 psi). It is to the person in charge of the filling to make sure of this
• The person who refills the scuba tank is responsible for the quality of the compressed air
Before the filling
• Place the MiniComp on a flat surface, check general states of the MiniComp and the MiniDive Pro, Pro+, Carbon,
or Carbon Max with an ocular inspection, make sure that the MiniComp has correctly been stored (cf. §9). In
case of doubt, wait for 10 min before apply voltage to the MiniComp in order to let the oil come back to the bottom of
the engine
• Please make sure that the scuba tank is empty or pressurized at less than 200 bar (3000 psi) for the MiniDive
Pro or Pro+ and less than 300 bar (4500 psi) for the MiniDive Carbon, or Carbon Max
• Pease make sure that the valve of the MiniDive is completely open, then make a quarter turn backwards (do
not let the valve reaching the stop)
• Change the molecular sieve and the active coal filter
• Check that the flexible hose is free and without any stress
• Make sure that the temperature of the MiniComp is less than 40 °C (104 °F) before starting the filling, if it is more than
this value, change the water of the container
• Place the needle (auto-stop pressure) of the manometer on 200 bar (3000 psi) maximum for the MiniDive Pro
or Pro+ and 300 bar (4500 psi) for the MiniDive Carbon, or Carbon Max with the integrated slider,
check the cursor
• Turn on the water pump and make sure that flexible hoses are not folded or obstructed
• Please make sure that the oil level is correct, otherwise add oil on a flat surface
• Please make sure that you will not be annoyed during the filling time
WARNING
• Replace filters before each filling
• Make sure you read the good unit on the manometer between bar and psi (200 bar = 3000 psi and 300 bar =
4500 psi)
To begin the reloading, respect the following instructions
-
Pull the female clip ring before introducing the male clip of the DIN adapter (a « click » ensures you to make sure the
connection is good)
- Close completely the decompression valve of the MiniComp
- Put the ON/OFF button of the MiniComp in position « ON »
During the filling
• Always stay next to the MiniComp during the filling
• Do not rotate pressurized elements (except elements provided for that purpose)
• Often check the pressures displayed on the manometer of the MiniComp
•
Put the ON/OFF button in the « OFF » position when the max pressure is reached (maximum 200 bar (3000 psi)
for MiniDive Pro or Pro+ or 300 bar (4500 psi) for MiniDive Carbon, or Carbon Max)
WARNING
• Be aware of any dysfunction
(leak, abnormal noise, displacement of the MiniComp due to vibrations, …)
• The displayed temperature
on the MiniComp
must not be upper than 85 °C (185 °F) during the filling
,
otherwise
put the ON/OFF button in the « OFF » position
but
let the power applied to the MiniComp
• To avoid any burn risks, do not touch the MiniComp except elements provided for that purpose
