Bear in mind that the lullabies will only be configured for the camera whose image
you are viewing on the monitor at that time.
5.2.5. VOX MODE
This mode lets you control the sound activation of your baby monitor. If you enable the
VOX mode on the monitor and there is no sound around the camera, the latter will stop
transmitting. However, it will keep picking up the sounds using a minimum amount of
power. The monitor screen will go off if the camera is not transmitting. When the camera
detects any sound higher than the sensitivity setting, it will start transmitting the signal to
the monitor again.
To disable this function and see the monitored area continuously, you must disable the
VOX mode on the monitor.
· VOX mode disabled: The camera transmits continuously, allowing it to constantly monitor
your baby or the area you wish to monitor
· VOX mode enabled: The camera only transmits when a sound is detected with sufficient
intensity - depending on the level selected - around the camera.
Sound sensitivity
Some babies are noisier than others! You can personalise the sensitivity of your baby
monitor to adjust it to your baby. Adjust the "HIGH" sensitivity for a baby sleeping soundly
with faint crying; adjust to LOW sensitivity if the baby usually makes noise whilst sleeping
or makes very loud noises before actually crying; or adjust to a MID level if you think that
your baby's behaviour does not fit in with any of the aforementioned two models.
To activate this function, keep the zoom/menu button pressed and use the buttons
▲
and
▼
to choose the VOX mode icon and press the remote/accept button to confirm. Using
the buttons
▲
and
▼
again, choose whichever of the three camera sensitivity levels
available (HIGH/MID/LOW) or (OFF) you prefer. Press the remote/accept button again to
confirm the selection.
Bear in mind that the VOX mode will only be configured for the camera whose image you
are viewing on the monitor at that time.
If you wish to see your baby at a certain time, even if there is no noise about, you
can enable the camera transmission remotely by pressing the remote/accept button.
5.2.6. CAMERA VOLUME
This menu will allow you to configure the volume level at which the parents' voices will be
reproduced on the camera by using the two-way function and the volume at which the
lullabies will be heard.
To configure the camera volume, keep the zoom/menu button pressed and use the buttons
▲
and
▼
to choose the camera volume icon and press the remote/accept button to
confirm. Using the buttons
▲
and
▼
again, choose whichever of the three camera volume
levels available (HIGH/MID/LOW) you prefer. Press the remote/accept button again to
confirm the selection.
Bear in mind that the volume will only be configured for the camera whose image you are
