5.2.1. Machine operating modes
The machine can be operated in 2 modes:
AUTOMATIC, MANUAL.
5.2.1.1. AUTOMATIC mode
This is the completely automatic machine operating condition.
Press the START button to start the automatic cycle.
AUTO / MAN : Press this button to alternate between the MANUAL and
AUTOMATIC programs.
The above screen illustrates the operating condition in Automatic STOP mode.
Press the STOP button to stop the automatic cycle.
The above screen illustrates the operating condition in Automatic START mode.
5.2.1.2. MANUAL mode
This condition is necessary when carrying out the set-up procedures and when inserting or changing the film reel.
In this phase, you can open the guards by turning the selector key (S3) to the ON position. The "Alarm" button is red
since the "A002: OPEN GUARDS" alarm is active.
By turning the selector (S3) to the OFF position, the alarm resets itself and the button becomes green.
Press the START button to switch to “CONDITION: Manual START” and
enable the belt, expulsion of the last product and the sealing function.
AUTO / MAN : Press this button to alternate between the MANUAL AND
AUTOMATIC programs.
The above screen illustrates the operating condition in Manual STOP mode.
Press the STOP button to switch to “CONDITION: Manual STOP”.
The infeed belt, outfeed belt, film feeder and film winder and unwinder all run
while this button is pressed.
By pressing this key, an entire sealing cycle is performed.
By pressing this key, the final sealing process is performed and the belt
subsequently ejects the last packaged product (Pratika 56 MPS only).
