To memorise any modifications executed, press the " Program configuration " and "Save" keys.
5.2.6. Choosing the AUTOMATIC program
To select an AUTOMATIC PROGRAM ensure the machine is in “
CONDITION: Automatic STOP
” and carry out the
procedure described above.
Press the “Program
configuration” button.
Press the
▼
arrow to view the list
of saved programs.
Once you have selected the
program, press the “Load”
button.
The next 2 screens indicate the
manual settings to apply to the
machine.
Press CONTINUE.
The first screen reminds you of the
data with the manual settings to run on
the Pratika 56:
•
number of micro-punches to use,
•
positioning of the film reel,
•
positioning of the return roller,
•
positioning of the film roller
wheels,
•
any activation of the air blow.
Press
TUNNEL
SETTINGS (this
screen only appears if the Tunnel
coupled with the machine was
selected in the CONFIGURATION
menu).
The second screen reminds
you of the data with the
manual settings to run on the
coupled retraction tunnel:
•
belt speed,
•
tunnel temperature,
•
position of air deflectors.
Press OK .
Press the CLOSE button.
At this point, press the START
button to run the AUTOMATIC
cycle.
