5.2.11. Partial and stock counter
The PARTIAL COUNTER
and STOCK COUNTER functions are only active in CONDITION: Automatic.
PARTIAL COUNTER:
the number on the touch screen indicates how many products have been processed since the
machine has been on.
STOCK COUNTER:
This function allows you to set the number of products requiring processing. Once the
number has been reached, the machine stops.
The number on the touch screen indicates how many products the machine has processed
since the batch requiring processing has been set.
To set the batch requiring processing, follow the procedure described here below.
Press the “Product counter”
button.
Click on the text.
Enter the number of products (stock) to
be packaged.
Press “Enter”.
Number of products to pack (batch).
Number of products packed since the machine was switched on.
Partial count RESET button.
Number of products packed in total by the machine (cannot be changed).
Press the “Main” button.
Note: when the number of products to package (batch) function is active, the
"Product counter" key flashes.
Once the machine has packaged the programmed number of pieces, the „A025: STOCK OF MANUFACTURES
ENDED” alarm is activated.
To reset the alarm see paragraph 5.3.
5.2.12. Backup programs
This function allows:
•
programs (recipes) memorised on the machine PLC to be saved to a USB key (Backup),
•
programs (recipes) memorised on a USB key to be imported into the PLC (Restore).
Press the “Program backup/restore” button and once the USB key has been inserted in the port behind the control
panel, run “Backup” or “Restore” for the programs (recipes), following the displayed instructions.
