Chapter 5. Machine adjustment and setting up

Each time an ALARM occurs, the machine stops and the "Alarm" key turns red.
To reset the alarms, proceed as follows:
Press the “Alarm” button.
The display shows which alarm has
been triggered.
Press the text of the alarm and
then the
► arrow to view the cause
and solution.
Should there be more than one cause,
press the
key to read them all.
At this point, press the
key and
follow the instructions to solve the
problem.
Press the “Alarm reset” button,
then
.
The alarm has been reset.
Note: in the case of the “
A002: OPEN GUARDS
” alarm only, the RESET (S2) button starts flashing.
To reset this alarm, proceed as follows:
Close the guard.
Press the RESET (S2) button.
The machine is fitted with
“EMERGENCY Pushbutton”
(S1)
that stop the machine instantaneously when
pressed, interrupting the work cycle.
To reset this alarm, proceed as follows:
Remove the cause of the alarm.
Release the “EMERGENCY Pushbutton” (S1) by rotating it to the right.
Press the RESET (S2) button.

The
“PLC diagnosis” key
displays some information on
the PLC status.
It is useful when diagnosing
problems.
