a.  Review the mounting considerations at the beginning 

of the installation. Complete the “Installing the Circuit 
Breaker” section of these instructions before making 
any electrical connections. The breaker should be 
manually opened by pushing the button. The breaker 
will not conduct electricity when the reset lever is in 
the out position.  

b.  Connect the Trolling Motor Battery Positive (+)  

red Power Cable to the stud on the Circuit Breaker  
labeled  AUX LOAD.

c.  Connect the BAT LINE on the Circuit Breaker to the 

Battery Positive (+). 

d.  When connecting the Circuit Breaker in a multi-

battery system, always place the Circuit Breaker 
between the Battery Positive (+) and the red Trolling 
Motor Battery Positive (+).

e.  It is recommended that the breaker nuts be torqued  

to 50 in-lb (5.6N-M)

f. 

Before use, ensure that the lever is pushed in and 
not readily visible. When the lever is pushed in, the 
breaker is actively conducting electricity.
