LED
This LED is lit when die machine transmits or receives.

This LED is lit, if an error occurs.

ANSWER
Press this key to switch between manual and automatic an-
swer of a call.

MONITOR
Press this key to monitor the dialling process.

HOLD
Press this key to place the call on hold. This function is only
available with a connected telephone.

GROUP DIAL
Press this key for group dialling.

FUNCTION
Press this key to select the various communication options.

BROADCAST
Press this key for broadcasting.

NUMERIC KEYPAD
Use these keys to enter numbers.

ONE TOUCH
Use this key to dial stored numbers directly or to enter let-
ters. Use the one-touch keys

to access pro-
grammed functions.

FLIP PANEL
Turn the flip panel over to access the keys of the second
level.

Starts all functions of the machine such as transmission, re-
ceiving etc..

CLEAR ALL
Press this key to interrupt the actual function and return to
standby.

STOP/CLEAR
Use this key to interrupt all procedures manually and to cor-
rect typing errors.

Press this key to stamp all correctly transmitted pages.

Press this key to select between memory transmit and di-
rect transmission.

Use this key to enter a three digit speed dial number. Also
