Registering as a Fax Program
Settings that can be registered

The following transmission functions and settings can be registered
together with the recipient information.
The image quality, contrast and reduction settings in addition to settings
for the “priority transmission”, “timer transmission”, “TSI”, “destination
insertion”, “transmission report”, “2in1 transmission”, “2-sided
transmission”, “rotation transmission” and “TX marker (optional)”,
“subjcet”, “reply”, and “file name” functions can be registered with the
fax program.

With an Internet fax feature, the “Real-Time”, “Password TX” and
“Remote Copy” functions cannot be used. Even if settings are
specified, they will not be applied.

With Internet faxing, polling reception or batch transmission cannot be
used.

Since Internet faxing can operate with telephone fax functions in a
completely different environment, there are particular limitations.

Up to 30 fax programs can be registered. However, the total number of
one-touch keys and fax programs must not exceed 540.
