[TX Marker]:
A stamp can be applied to the document to
indicate that it was scanned.
In order to use TX Marker, the optional TX
Marker is required. When you set TX Marker, use
an automatic document feeder.
If the stamp is weak, replace it. Refer to “The
stamp is weak.” in “Troubleshooting” of the Basic
Operations volume of this User Manual.
[Subject]:
Previously registered text can be inserted as a
subject when e-mail messages are sent.
A maximum of 4 subject texts can be registered.

[Reply]:
When sending an e-mail message, the e-mail
address registered at a one-touch key can be set
as the recipient (Reply-to address) where reply
e-mail messages sent by the recipient will be
sent.
[File Name]:
The file name of image data attached to an e-
mail that is being sent or scanned image data
can be changed to this file name.
The file name can contain a maximum of 16
characters.
