When Certain Displays Appear
The following describes the icons that indicate the operating status of the
network application and the alarm screens that appear if, for example, a
network application function is not operating correctly.

Certain Displays Appear” in the Basic Operations volume of this
copier’s User Manual.
15.1.1 Icons
POP reception
Appears during POP3 reception (when e-mail messages are being
received).
POP3 reception error
If this icon appears at the bottom of the screen
Possible cause
POP3 reception failed.
Remedy
Check that the POP3 user name and POP3
password are correctly specified.
